About Tackle Instrument Supply Co.

Tackle was founded by Scott McPherson in Portland, Oregon. After years touring as a drummer for artists like Elliott Smith, Bright Eyes, She & Him and Beck, he saw a need for drum bags that could handle heavy use without losing their vintage-inspired look. That's the idea behind Tackle's bags and accessories, designed around what working drummers actually need.
