Product Description
The Ahead Switch Kick. Leather Slap Beat is an interchangeable beater head for Ahead's Switch Kick system, designed to simulate the feel of a human hand striking a bass drum or cajon. The leather paddle delivers a round, full-bodied attack that's great for gigs when you need to play a bit louder. With nine adjustable heights, you can switch volume, sound and speed in seconds.

Important to know before buying
Switch Kick beater heads mount onto a separate adapter shaft, the Ahead SK-SHAFT. The stainless steel shaft is REQUIRED to use this beater head but is NOT included in the box. It must be purchased separately.
