ProMark SPYR Mallet Vibrafon - Natural
SPYR vibraphone mallets from ProMark with a hard rubber head that gives articulate attack without losing tone. Rattan shaft, birch handle.
Product Description
The SPYR Mallet Vibraphone is a vibraphone mallet from ProMark, developed together with percussionists Kevin Shah and Tony Nunez. Its large, hard synthetic rubber head produces an articulate sound that cuts through without sacrificing the instrument's full tone. The shaft is rattan with a birch handle.
The SPYR series is designed with educators in mind, covering the complete spectrum of sounds required across the variety of ensembles and performances educators lead. No more need for multiple mallet lines to outfit different ensembles. With SPYR, you're covered.
Sound and Use
The large, hard rubber head delivers a clear, articulate tone that cuts through without sacrificing fullness from the instrument. Suitable for indoor marching, outdoor marching, and concert playing.
Who It's For
For percussionists and educators who want one mallet that works across settings. From the concert hall to the marching field. Without switching mallet lines between ensembles.
