ProMark SPYR Mallet Bells - Natural
Product Description
The SPYR Mallet Bells are the hardest and most articulate non-metallic bell mallets in the SPYR suite, built for bells and other keyboard percussion. With a Delrin tip and rattan shaft, they deliver clear articulation in fast passages and work equally well in concert and marching settings.
- Hardness 7 for clear articulation even at high tempos
- Lighter with a thinner shaft than the SU9R, making them more manageable in intricate passages
- Natural rattan finish
Compared to the SU9R
Compared with the SU9R, the SU10R mallets are lighter and feature a thinner shaft, making them more manageable for intricate passages, such as Dukas's Sorcerer's Apprentice.
About the SPYR Series
SPYR is a collaboration with world-renowned percussionists, designers and educators Kevin Shah and Tony Nunez. Designed with the educator in mind, the series covers the complete spectrum of sounds required on keyboard instruments across a variety of ensembles and performances, removing the need for multiple mallet lines.
Who It's For
Suited for indoor marching, outdoor marching, and concert settings.
