Product Description
The M80 Overtone Damper is a magnetic damper that mounts on the hoop and rests a leather strip against the snare drum head. Damping is adjustable in 4 different steps, from no damping at all to medium or heavy damping.
Function
The strip can be flipped up and away when you don't want any damping, and the damping strip on the M80 is larger than the one on the M1.
Mounting
A patented clamp grips securely onto any metal hoop and 1/4" wood hoops.
Material And Manufacturing
The damper is handmade in the USA from genuine USA leather, in the Brown finish. It measures about 10" across.
