SE ELECTRONICS V7 - Chrome

Product Description

The V7 Chrome is sE Electronics' chrome-plated take on their best-selling V7 dynamic vocal microphone. It delivers a crisp, open sound with a supercardioid pattern that isolates your voice from other instruments onstage, built into an all-metal housing designed for rigorous touring schedules.

All-metal housing and beveled grille

The chassis is made from high-quality, highly durable chrome-plated zinc alloy built to hold up under on-stage stress for years. The spring steel mesh grille is dent-proof and corrosion-free, and its beveled edge stops the mic from rolling off the amp top or stage floor. The gold-plated XLR connector ensures a loss-free, reliable signal connection for years to come.

Custom chrome finish

The highly-polished chrome finish gives the V7 Chrome a distinct look on stage or in the studio, alongside the standard black V7.

Sound and capsule

The custom-developed DMC7 dynamic element delivers a crisp, open sound that captures your voice naturally onstage. The sophisticated supercardioid capsule design isolates your voice from other instruments, allowing vast amounts of gain before feedback. Proven neodymium magnets, an aluminum voice coil, and tight production tolerances ensure excellent sensitivity, superior sound quality, and consistency between units.

Patented shock mount and windscreen

The V7 Chrome's brand new, patented shockmount efficiently decouples the capsule from mechanical vibration, providing exceptionally low handling noise compared to other mics in its class, so you can move freely onstage without rumbles or pops coming through. An internal windscreen reduces wind noise and plosive pops; a spare internal windscreen in "sE Red" is included for a bolder look if you want to swap it in.
