SE ELECTRONICS V-PACK Arena - Black

Product Description

V-PACK Arena Black is a package of 7 microphones, black in colour, put together to mic up the whole drum kit. The package includes microphones for bass drum, toms, snare and overhead, complete with mounts and a hardcase.

What's Included

The package includes 1 V-Kick Black for the bass drum, 3 V-Beat Black for the toms and 1 V7-X Black for the snare, as well as 2 sE8 as overhead microphones. Along with that come 3 V-Clamps for mounting the tom microphones on the hoop, 1 microphone clip for the V7-X and 2 microphone clips for the overhead microphones. There are also 4 thread adapters and a robust hardcase with shaped foam for storage and transport. A floor stand is not included in the package.

Design And Mounting

V-Beat has parallel XLR connection and a stand mount with a small footprint, which makes it easy to place the microphone close to the toms without it taking up too much space. V7-X has an aluminium voice coil. The sE8 pair is factory matched as a stereo pair, meaning the two microphones are tested together to give a consistent sound when used as overheads.

Sound

V-Beat gives a detailed and natural sound with good rejection of leakage from other drums. V7-X has a natural balance between detailed high tones and deep, clear low tones. sE8 gives a balanced sound that never becomes harsh. The whole package is built to deliver sound at the highest level, both live and in the studio.

Finish And Warranty

The microphones have a black finish with red windshields. The delivery includes a user manual with a warranty card.
