Product Description
The sE Electronics RF-X is a portable reflection filter that creates an isolated recording space around your microphone, wherever you record. Using the same filter technology as the industry-standard Reflexion Filter® PRO, the RF-X delivers a clean, uncolored sound even in rooms with heavy reverb or background noise.
The filter uses a four-layer acoustic design: an outer vented composite panel, a wool fabric layer, an air gap layer, and an inner acoustic foam layer. This multi-layer design filters frequencies evenly across the whole spectrum, helping recordings stay almost free of sound coloration from the room.
New materials make the RF-X lighter than its predecessors while maintaining durability, thanks to a redesigned, efficient clamp assembly that keeps setup simple. That makes it a versatile choice for any challenging recording environment, from the rehearsal room to the home studio.
