Schlagwerk Wah-Wah Tube High 28 cm, Ø 4 cm
Aluminium wah-wah tube from Schlagwerk, 28 cm, that lets you shape a wah effect by hand. Long sustain, rich in overtones.
Product Description
The Wah-Wah Tube High is an aluminium tubular bell from Schlagwerk with a long-lasting sound rich in overtones and a wah-wah effect you shape by hand. Opening and closing the small opening while the tube rings out lets you sculpt the tone in real time.
The tube is made of aluminium and produces a sustain that lasts, carrying a rich set of overtones that keep the sound alive and interesting. Hold the tube loosely and move a finger over the small opening at different rates to create the tube's signature wah-wah effect. It's a simple technique with a big musical payoff, whether you're playing in an ensemble or improvising on your own. One mallet is included so you can start playing right away.
