Schlagwerk Rudiments 30x30x50 cm - Vintage Walnut

Product Description

The Schlagwerk CP90 is a cajon from the Rudiments series, featuring a noble veneered playing surface in Vintage Walnut design and an SPL resonance box. The result is a balanced instrument with impressive snare/bass separation and a sound in a class of its own, at an unbeatable price-performance ratio.

The playing surface is finished with a Vintage Walnut design veneer, giving the cajon a warm, premium look without a premium price tag. The resonance box is built from SPL, chosen for its tonal qualities and stable construction.

Snare Sound and Tone

Inside the cajon sit two sets of spirals, 20 strands each, positioned against the playing surface. They produce the characteristic snare buzz when playing near the edges, while center strikes deliver a full, clear bass tone. This gives a clean separation between snare and bass sounds, making the cajon easy to play dynamically.

Build and Feel

The cajon is built with premium components throughout, which shows both in the sound and in the feel of the playing surface. Pleasant to play on even during longer sessions.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want a cajon with a clear, well-defined tone and a handsome finish, without paying premium-segment prices.
