Schlagwerk RTS53 Deep Frame 50 cm/20"
Frame drum from Schlagwerk, Ø 20"/50 cm with goatskin head. Tunable with 10 screws, tuning key included.
Product Description
The Schlagwerk RTS53 is a deep frame drum with a hand-selected goatskin head, built for a pure, natural sound. The skin is tuned via screws integrated into the frame, giving fine control over pitch and tonal volume. The frame's weight is optimised so the drum feels comfortable to hold and play.
The frame is built from 6 layers of beech wood and stands 12 cm tall, giving a deeper, fuller tone than a shallower frame drum. The drum ships without a holding cross on the back, so you grip the frame directly. The goatskin head is tuned using 10 tuning screws, and a tuning key is included.
