Schlagwerk RTS52 50 cm/20"
Frame drum (Ø 50 cm/20") from Schlagwerk with goatskin head and 10 tuning screws, without wooden cross.
Product Description
The Schlagwerk RTS52 is a 50 cm (20") diameter frame drum with a hand-selected goatskin head, tunable via 10 tuning screws integrated into the frame. The frame is built from 7-ply glued beech wood, giving a pure, natural sound with room for subtle nuances in tone and volume.
Unlike the RTS41/51/61 models, which come with a wooden cross for comfortable playing, the RTS52 is supplied without a cross. It suits players who want the head's resonance uninterrupted by a cross bar. A tuning key is included so you can fine-tune the head tension to dial in the exact pitch and volume you want.
