Bodhran NeoTrad 14" - Red/Brown
Bodhran NeoTrad 14" from Schlagwerk with Fiberskyn3 head and tuneable bayonet system. Includes tipper, in Red/Brown.
Product Description
The NeoTrad 14" is Schlagwerk's first bodhran, developed together with bodhran experts to combine the wide sound palette of a classic drum head with a clever, tool-free head change and tuning system. The result is a smart, versatile drum that's easy to handle and delivers a convincing, stable sound.
The head is a modified Fiberskyn3 coat, chosen for its tuning stability and warm, traditional bodhran tone. The frame is built from 5-ply beech for optimum weight, giving a drum that feels comfortable in hand without adding unnecessary weight during long playing sessions.
Tuning and head change
The head is mounted and tuned via a birch bayonet system, entirely without tools, making it quick to change or adjust the head and dial in the right tuning before playing.
The drum comes with a tipper and is finished in Red/Brown, at approximately 14 cm in height.
