Schlagwerk Handpan Buzz - Dark
Snare-effect add-on for handpan, Schlagwerk Buzz Dark, magnetic mount, approx. 280x47 mm. Adds an extra sound layer to the tone field.
Product Description
With the fast-responding Handpan Buzz Dark, Schlagwerk presents the first Handpan Add-On with a snare effect, bringing an additional sound option to handpan playing. The simple magnet mounting lets you position it flexibly on the top or bottom of the handpan.
The Buzz uses 12 snare spirals that give a sensitive snare response at lighter touches. Play harder, and the response becomes noticeably more intense, while simultaneously resonating the handpan's own tone field. So the snare effect blends into the instrument's sound rather than just sitting on top of it.
Thanks to the magnet attachment, the Buzz is flexible: besides the handpan itself, it can also be attached to other magnetic surfaces, opening up more ways to use the effect live or in the studio.
Measures approx. 280 x 47 mm, and comes in a cardboard box without plastic.
