Schlagwerk Einklang Coast Drum Light pre-tuned 16"
Schlagwerk Coast Drum Light frame drum, 16″/Ø40cm. Ocean-like sound for meditation, sound baths and frame drum playing.
Product Description
The Coast Drum Light is Schlagwerk's lighter, pre-tuned version of the playable coast drum, here in the 16" (Ø 40 cm) size. Thanks to the proven construction with mesh material, the head can vibrate freely, giving an open and lively sound reminiscent of the ocean. It works well for therapeutic use, sound baths, meditation and classical frame drum playing.
A finely tuned mixture of glass and steel balls is filled between the natural skin and a mesh material. If needed, the amount of balls can be reduced via a side screw, allowing the intensity of the sound to be adjusted to taste.
Who It's For
A good choice for sound bath practitioners, meditation guides and therapists, but it also works well in classical frame drum playing where an open, singing tone is wanted.
