Schlagwerk Precise OS EVO Walnut Deluxe 30x30x50 cm - Walnut

Product Description

The Cajon Precise OS EVO Walnut Deluxe is Schlagwerk's exclusive Deluxe version of the regular Evo model in the Precise line, featuring a front board laminated with hand-picked, one-of-a-kind smoked walnut veneer. The solid alder body offers controlled, very dry bass without cross-talking snare noise, giving this cajon a premium feel both visually and sonically.

• Solid alder body for controlled, dry bass
• Front board laminated with hand-picked, one-of-a-kind smoked walnut veneer
• OS method (Open Sound, fully Screwed playing surface) for an open, defined tone
• Extra warmth and colour in the sound thanks to the walnut veneer
• Premium components throughout for best sound and quality

Sound and Construction

The front is fixed using Schlagwerk's own OS method ("Open sound and fully Screwed playing surface"), a technique typical of the Precise line that gives an open, well-defined playing surface. The smoked walnut veneer doesn't just support the gorgeous visual appearance. It also adds more warmth and colour to the overall sound compared to the standard version. As the walnut already adds some low end of its own, this model does not come standard with a Bass tube, since it would distract from the natural sound created by the veneer.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want a cajon with real character in the sound and a front board that stands out visually rather than a standard finish. The strings give a super delicate response without bleeding into the bass, which suits players who want tight control over the tone in both quiet and more intense playing.
