Schlagwerk Precise OS EVO incl. CBT10 - Black
Precise OS EVO Black cajon from Schlagwerk, solid alder body with gabon front. Dry, warm bass and delicate string response, incl. CBT10 tube.
Product Description
The Precise OS EVO Black is a cajon from Schlagwerk with a body of solid, smoked alder, a beech back and a gabon front. It delivers dry, controlled bass and a delicate, lively snare response, and ships with the factory-installed CBT10 bass tube for extra low-end depth.
The body is built from 20mm solid, smoked alder with a beech back. The 3-ply gabon front is fixed using Schlagwerk's own OS method ("Open Sound and fully screwed playing surface"), typical for the Precise line. Like the "LaPerù" Evo, the playing surface is partially densified for increased sensitivity.
The solid alder body offers controlled, very dry bass without cross-talking snare noise. This low-mid bass is fundamentally lowered further by the factory-installed CBT10 bass tube, giving a clearer, deeper fundamental. The 3-ply gabon front triggers 2 x 4 cajon wires, with each section individually tuneable for exactly the snare character you want.
Together, these features make the Precise Evo a perfect instrument where very lively snare sounds and an unexpectedly low bass fundament are needed.
