Product Description
The Schlagwerk BRC03 Elasticks are a pair of cajon rods built around a flexible shaft that gives a completely different playing feel than standard rods. The bendy handle allows for a reverse playing technique, and the supplied rings let you shape the sound from soft to intense.
What's special about the Elasticks is the flexible handle: it changes how the rods feel and respond in the hand, and opens up a reverse playing technique for extra sound options. The rings that come with the rods let you modify the tone yourself, from soft and controlled to sharper and more intense.
The shaft has a rubberized grip for a secure hold, and the rods themselves are black nylon. While designed for cajon, they're also very suitable for the drumset, for example in quieter passages or as an extra texture in a groove.
