Samson DK705

Product Description

The Samson DK705 is a complete drum microphone kit featuring one Q71 microphone for bass drum and four Q72 microphones for snare and toms. The kit gives you everything you need to mic up your whole kit with a natural, warm tone and clear attack, and comes with a carrying case.

• 1x Q71 microphone for bass drum
• 4x Q72 microphones for snare/tom
• Smart rim mounts for each microphone
• Carrying case included

Sound and Feel

Each microphone in the kit features a shock-mounted neodymium capsule that captures the attack and warmth of your snare or tom drum with a present, natural tone. The neodymium capsule withstands knocks from both playing and transport, making the mics practical to leave mounted gig after gig.

Built for Bass Drum

The Q71 microphone is specifically tailored to the bass drum's strong volume and low frequencies, giving you stable, controlled low-end miking without overloading the signal.

Mounting

The microphones attach with smart rim mounts directly on the drum, making setup quick and freeing up floor space around the kit.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want to mic up your entire drum kit quickly and easily, in the rehearsal room, studio, or on stage, without buying microphones one by one.
