Sakae AXP1000 Axelandor Single

Product Description

The Sakae AXP1000 Axelandor Single is a high-performance single kick pedal with a lightweight aluminum footboard, built for fast and powerful playing. The proprietary multi-axle cam system offers three levels of adjustment, from a perfect circle to an eccentric one, letting you dial in everything from stable power to delicate nuance.

Easily adjustable multi-axle cam system

The proprietary multi-axle cam system allows for three levels of adjustment, ranging from a perfect circle to an eccentric circle, giving you a full range of drive feel from powerful and stable to delicate and nuanced. Adjustments are made using the included key bolt tool, without removing the cam or changing the footboard angle.

Natural action dual-tension bearing

Both ends of the tension spring rest on a V-groove bearing. This eliminates friction and noise at the two points supporting the spring, allowing smoother transmission with no loss from friction or load resistance, and extends the lifespan of the hooks at both ends of the spring.

Single-action tension spring adjustment

Spring tension is easily adjusted using either the included drum key or the knob cap. Turning the key bolt tightens or loosens the tension for smooth fine adjustments. The mechanism requires minimal force and removes the need for a lock nut to prevent loosening.

Detachable heel plate

The proprietary heel plate can be attached or removed, allowing the footboard to be adjusted between short and long. Perfect for either heel-up or heel-down playing.

Lightweight aluminum footboard

The lightweight aluminum footboard allows for super smooth, powerful high-speed playing, while reducing the pedal's overall weight without sacrificing strength and stability.

Two beaters included

Along with the high-durability resin head beater, a felt head beater is also included. Both are traditional round-head beaters balancing weight and sound.
