13"/16" Sabian Fast Stax Cymbal Stack

Product Description

The SABIAN XSR Fast Stax is a ready-made cymbal stack pairing a thin 13" X-Celerator top with a high-profile, wide-lipped 16" Chinese bottom. Together they deliver plenty of pop and attack, with sizzle that always stays present. A great way to add a short, distinct extra sound to your setup.

• Delivers plenty of pop and attack
• 13" Air Wave top eliminates airlock for sizzle and volume
• Extra wide 16" Chinese bottom results in clarity of attack
• Protected by SABIAN Two-Year Warranty

Sound and Feel

The top cymbal is a thin weight 13" X-Celerator, mounted over a high-profile, wide-lipped 16" Chinese bottom. The Air Wave edge on the top eliminates airlock between the two cymbals, resulting in increased volume. The extra-wide lip of the 16" Chinese lets the 13" top sit snugly against it, giving clarity and attack.

Because airlock is eliminated, the stack always retains its sizzle and volume, never getting too tight. Sizzle and volume are easily controlled by simply tightening down the cymbal felt.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want a ready-made stack with a fast, poppy attack and clear sizzle, without having to experiment with your own cymbal combinations.
