Product Description

- Designed with jazz giant Jack DeJohnette
- Delivers dark, smokey tone across three distinct playing surfaces
- Creative design for creative players
- Protected by SABIAN's Two-Year Warranty
HHX "Tone Projection", developed by the SABIAN Vault team, is an innovative design that makes it possible to project darkness in a way that was previously difficult to achieve. Sabian describes the sound as dark with an agitated bite and a raw, trashy character in the attack. Exactly the kind of tone drummers want to hear, and one that projects clearly, so it gets you heard and felt. With three distinct playing surfaces, you can shift the tonal character depending on where you strike the cymbal, making it a flexible choice for players who want a nuanced, dark-sounding ride.
