20" Sabian HHX Complex Medium Ride Cymbal
Ride cymbal, HHX Complex Medium Ride 20" from Sabian. Big, thin and dark with a raw, hand-hammered bell.
Product Description
The HHX Complex Medium Ride 20" is a big, thin ride cymbal from Sabian's HHX line, built for an exquisitely dark and complex tone. A combination of HH and HHX hammering with a raw, hand-hammered bell results in one of the richest, sweetest rides Sabian has ever produced.
- HHX Complex is a new line of exquisitely dark cymbals
- One of the richest, sweetest rides Sabian has ever produced
- Big and thin, with a low, complex tone
- Versatility that easily crosses musical styles
Sound and Construction
The cymbal combines HH and HHX hammering with several of Sabian's own proprietary techniques. The bell is medium-sized, raw and hand-hammered, which together with the big, thin body brings out the lows and complexity of the cymbal's tone. The result is a dark, rich ride with plenty of low end.
Who It's For
The versatility to easily cross musical styles has always been a hallmark of the HHX line, and this ride is no exception.
