18" Sabian HH Thin Crash Cymbal

Product Description

The SABIAN 18" HH Thin Crash is a hand-hammered crash cymbal with a full-bodied, low, dark and warm response and rapid decay. It's built on the HH Remastered process, which adds more hammering, more complexity and more tone. The result is a thinner, more musical crash that works equally well in the studio or on stage.

• Full-bodied and warm response with rapid decay
• Ideal for funk, jazz and rock, in the studio or on stage
• HH Remastered delivers more hammering, more complexity and more tone
• The unmistakable warmth only traditional hand-hammered cymbals can deliver
• Covered by SABIAN's Two-Year Warranty

Sound and Feel

The response is low, dark and warm, with a full-bodied character that decays rapidly, making it easy to sit in a mix without lingering too long. HH Remastered hammering adds extra complexity and tone compared to earlier HH crashes, while the cymbal feels thinner and more musical in its expression.

Construction

As a traditional hand-hammered cymbal in SABIAN's HH line, it carries a warmth and nuance that's hard to achieve with machine hammering. The HH Remastered process adds further hammering for a more complex sound across the entire line.

Who It's For

A great choice if you play funk, jazz or rock and want a crash with rapid decay and a warm, dark tonal character, whether in the studio or on stage.
