18" B8X Ballistic Crash from Sabian, thin model. Opens up fast with aggressive, high-pitched attack and trashy tone.
Product Description
The Sabian B8X Ballistic Crash is a thin 18" crash built for a funky, aggressive, high-pitched attack that's still fully musical. Using a completely new hammer peen and hammering technique, it responds quickly and opens up with ease, making it a great pick for players who want a crash with real attitude.
- Responsive thin model that opens up quickly and easily
- New hammer peen and hammering technique for an aggressive, high-pitched sound
- A trashy crash that's more than happy to go fully ballistic
- Protected by SABIAN's Two-Year Warranty
An extra-large hammering pattern on the bottom creates a flexible cymbal with more responsiveness. It also produces an upward-shaped pitch bend, adding to the trashy character. Think of it as a higher-pitched cousin to the HHX X-Treme Crash, with its own distinct personality.
Sound Character
High-pitched, aggressive, funky attack with a trashy, slightly wild edge. The thin construction opens up fast, keeping things playful while staying musical.
