Sound and Feel

The new style of AAX hammering is much more visible on the surface of the cymbal, thanks to a larger, rounder peen. The result is a thinner, more complex and slightly darker crash. At the same time, more highs are introduced into the sound, resulting in a wider band of frequency. Brighter highs and more complex lows.

Construction

The small, raw bell is designed for faster response on impact, and the new hammering style gives the cymbal its distinctive surface and voice.

Who It's For

A great choice for drummers who want a thin, fast-responding crash with added complexity, without losing the bright character of the AAX line.
