17" Sabian HHX Complex Thin Crash Cymbal
17" HHX Complex Thin Crash cymbal by Sabian with a dark tone. One of the richest, sweetest crashes Sabian has made.
Product Description
The HHX Complex Thin Crash 17" is part of Sabian's HHX Complex line, built for an exquisitely dark tone and rich complexity. It combines HH and HHX hammering with a raw hammered bell, using proprietary techniques drawn from lines like Evolution, Legacy, and Artisan. The result is, according to Sabian, one of the richest, sweetest crash cymbals they've ever produced.
- HHX Complex is a new line of exquisitely dark cymbals
- One of the richest, sweetest crashes Sabian has ever produced
- HH and HHX hammering bring out lows and complexity of tone
- Versatility that easily crosses musical styles
Tone and Feel
The combined hammering technique and the bell's raw hammered surface give this cymbal a full, complex tone with a distinctly dark character. The HHX line is known for its versatility, and the 17" Thin Crash carries that on, working well across a wide range of musical styles without losing its character.
