MoonGel Workout is a practice pad with a soft, dampened surface that gives noticeably less rebound than a standard practice pad. Every stroke forces you to work harder, building both strength and stamina in a way a traditional pad doesn't. The pad sits directly on top of a 14" snare drum and is also extra quiet to play on.
The soft striking surface lets the stick sink in rather than bounce back, so you'll notice the difference right away compared to regular practice pads. That makes it a good choice if you want to train stroke strength and control while still being able to practice without disturbing those around you.
