Product Description
The Rogers Powertone is a true workhorse snare drum, built for a wide-open, woody tone with plenty of dynamic range for any musical setting. This version comes in 14"x6.5" with a glossy Piano Black finish.

Tone
The 5-ply maple-poplar shell with 2-ply reinforcement rings gives the Powertone its signature sound: a broad, open woody tone that works equally well in the rehearsal room, on stage or in the studio, across musical styles.
Construction
The hoops are 2.3mm triple-flanged, 8-lug, and the drum carries a total of 10 die-cast Beavertail lugs. The throw-off is a Clock Face design, and the drum wears the Powertone badge. Factory-fitted Remo USA heads, batter and UT snare side, are ready to play right out of the box.
