Product Description
The Rogers Dynasonic 14×6.5 is a wood shell snare drum from the LTD Custom Dyna-Sonic, Sparkle Lacquer series. The shell is finished in Custom Red Sparkle Lacquer and built with Beavertail cast metal lugs along with the classic floating snare wire rail system.
Shell And Finish
The shell is built in 5-ply Maple/Poplar with reinforcement rings and has a Fruitwood stain interior. The outside is finished in Custom Red Sparkle Lacquer, a high gloss finish that gives extraordinary lustre and depth. The snare drum has 10 lugs in Beavertail style, cast in metal.
Hoops And Strainer
The hoops are 1.6mm triple flanged hoops with snare wire gates on both the batter side and the snare side. The strainer is a Swivo-matic, called Clock Face, with a matching clock face buttend on the opposite side. The snare wires sit in a floating rail system and are an adjustable 20-strand snare wire set.
Details
The snare drum carries the Rogers script logo emblem along with the oval Dyna-Sonic Custom Built emblem. It is built by hand at Rogers' workshop in the USA.
