Rogers Drums USA 3917R B&B Double Sided Snare Lug - Chrome-plated
Rogers B&B/Tab Lug, double-sided, chrome-plated brass. Classic Rogers restoration part.
Product Description
The Rogers 3917R is a double-sided B&B ("Bread & Butter") lug, also known as the Tab Lug, made of chrome-plated brass. A part for restoring or completing a Rogers drum set with its original late-1950s/early-1960s design.
This lug was used on Rogers drums between 1959 and 1964. The original iconic design was made of drawn brass with chrome plating, known as the Bread & Butter lug, "B&B" or the "Tab Lug", referring to the two threaded tabs that mounted the lug to the drum. Although a celebrated visual feature of Rogers drums, these original lugs were prone to breaking over time due to extended stress on the tabs, even with normal use.
