Product Description
The Skyndeep Bongo Head is a Tucked bongo drumhead from Remo in 7.15" size, made for the small bongo drum (macho). It's built for players who like to pitch their bongos very high, without giving up durability.
Skyndeep is the graphic infusion of pigment directly into a polyester surface. This gives the head a distinctive look while still maintaining the integrity of a great sounding drumhead. The surface is weather resistant, and it delivers warm tones that increase sound, volume, and projection in any environment.
The Tucked construction makes this the most durable Bongo drumhead available for players who like to pitch the drums very high.
Tucked Bongo drumheads are available in three sizes for full size model Bongo drums from most major manufacturers: 7.15", 8.50", and 9". Remo identifies a "regular" full size Bongo as the large drum (hembra) at 8 1/2" or 8 5/8" and 9", and the small drum (macho) at 7" or 7 1/4". This 7.15" head is sized for the macho drum.
