Product Description
The Remo Renaissance Diplomat 14" is a single-ply drum head made from 7.5 mil Mylar® film with a textured surface, giving it a slightly warmer sound than the Clear and Suede Diplomat versions. Suitable for tom or snare use, it delivers rich, warm tones with good resonance and sustain.
The textured surface of the Renaissance series softens the brightest overtones compared to a clear head, while keeping the open, resonant character the Diplomat line is known for. The result is a head with a warm fundamental, clear resonance, and pleasant sustain, a good choice if you want a rounder, warmer tone than a standard coated or clear head.
