18" Remo Powerstroke 3 Clear Dot - Coated

Product Description

The Remo Powerstroke 3 Coated Clear Dot is an 18" drum head featuring a thin underlay at the outer edge to subtly dampen high frequency overtones. This creates a near-perfect balance of response and tone control that has made Powerstroke 3 one of Remo's most preferred drumheads.

The thin underlay ring sits hidden beneath the coated surface, right at the head's outer edge. It tames the most unruly high overtones without robbing the head of feel or response, giving you a focused, controlled attack that works well across drum sizes and musical styles.

The coated surface gives a warm, natural stick attack reminiscent of a calfskin head, combined with the durability and tuning stability expected from a modern synthetic head. The Clear Dot version adds a clear reinforcement dot at the center, giving a slightly brighter tone along with extra durability where the stick strikes hardest.
