Sizing

This head measures 8.5" and fits the large drum (hembra) on full size model bongos from most major manufacturers. Remo identifies "regular" full size hembra drums as 8 1/2", 8 5/8", or 9", while the small drum (macho) measures 7" or 7 1/4". Tucked Bongo heads are also available in 7.15" and 9" for players who need to match the other drum in their pair.
