Product Description
The Remo Emperor Suede 15" is a two-ply drumhead with a Suede finish that delivers an open, warm tone with added control and durability. It's a great option if you like the fullness of the Emperor series but want a softer attack from a matte, textured surface.
The head is built from two free-floating plies of 7.5-mil (0.19 mm) Mylar film, processed using Remo's proprietary two-ply method. This gives a consistent, open, warm tone while the double-ply construction adds durability compared to a single-ply head – useful if you play hard or want a head that holds up over time. The Suede coating softens the attack slightly compared to a coated or clear finish, giving a drier, warmer feel under the stick.
