Product Description
The Remo Emperor Suede 10" is a two-ply drumhead with a matte Suede finish, giving you an open, warm tone with a bit more character than a standard coated head. The two free-floating plies add durability without stiffening the sound.

Sound Character
The two free-floating plies of 7.5-mil Mylar film give the head a consistent, open, warm tone. The construction handles harder playing better than a single-ply head, while still keeping a natural response.
Who It's For
A good choice if you want a head that can take more demanding playing while keeping a warm, open sound rather than a dry or muted one. The Suede finish also makes it comfortable to play with hands, e.g. on toms.
