Product Description
The Remo Emperor Smooth White 8" is a two-ply drum head that's warmer and fuller sounding than Clear Emperor, with bigger mid range tones. Built from two free-floating plies of 7.5-mil Mylar film, it delivers consistent, open, warm tones. It's one of Remo's most popular WeatherKing heads, widely used by studio and rock drummers.
The two free-floating layers of film let the head respond smoothly to the stick while keeping that open, warm character across the range.
