26" Remo Diplomat - Fiberskyn
26" Fiberskyn bass drum head from Remo, single-ply, 7.5 mil. Warm, full tone with resonance and sustain.
Product Description
The Remo Diplomat Fiberskyn is a single-ply, 26" bass drum head with a surface that mimics natural skin. It delivers warm, full tones with strong resonance and sustain, and performs equally well with sticks, mallets and brushes.
The head is built from a single layer of poly-spun fiber Mylar® film at 7.5 mil, which gives Fiberskyn heads their signature warm tone. The Diplomat weight is thinner than standard, giving a sensitive touch and an open, resonant sound with plenty of sustain.
Fiberskyn 3 Diplomat heads produce a balanced spectrum of sound and are widely used on snares and tom-toms as well as bass drums. The surface has made this head the industry standard for Jazz and Orchestral applications, where a warm, natural tone is essential.
