Product Description
The Remo Ambassador Starfire Gold is a 13" drum head with a reflective gold look and controlled tone and sustain. Built with 1-ply of laminated 12-mil film, it's most popular as a resonant head thanks to its controlled sustain and distinctive appearance.
The single-ply 12-mil laminated film construction gives a controlled sustain rather than a long, open ring-out, which is great if you want a drum that responds clearly without ringing on too long. The gold reflective finish is both a striking visual detail and part of what defines Remo's Starfire series.
At 13", this head works as a resonant head on either a tom or a snare drum of that size, depending on which drum you're using it on.
