Reggae Beats MIDI

Product Description

Reggae Beats MIDI is a drum MIDI pack built for reggae and roots music, designed for use with Toontrack's EZdrummer and Superior Drummer. It covers the genre's signature grooves, from side stick beats and rockers to one drops, steppers and the unmistakable fills.

Reggae drumming has a feel of its own, hard to play and nearly impossible to imitate. This pack hands you the real thing, ready to drop into your production.

What's Inside

The MIDI files are categorized as beats, fills and intro fills, in straight and shuffle 4/4, with tempos ranging from 100 to 148 BPM, covering everything from slow, traditional roots reggae to Jamaican ska and dancehall.

Compatibility

Works with EZdrummer, EZdrummer 2, Superior Drummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3, optimized for a kit of 1 kick, 1 snare, 2 toms, 1 floor tom, 2 crash cymbals and 1 ride cymbal.

A perfect match with the Reggae EZX, though please note the MIDI is not included in that expansion and is sold separately.

Who It's For

For producers who want authentic reggae drum grooves without years of studying the genre, or anyone looking to layer real reggae feel onto their own drum sounds.
