Prodipe DL21 4-Pack
DL21 microphone set from Prodipe with 4 mics for close-miking drums. Handles up to 140 dB and mounts fast with a flexible gooseneck.
Product Description
The Prodipe DL21 is a microphone set with four small, flexible small-diaphragm condenser microphones, designed specifically for close-miking drums. Each mic clamps directly onto the drum with a lightweight rubber clamp made for the instrument, and the flexible gooseneck lets you angle it exactly where you need it.
- Excellent natural sound
- Very high acceptable sound pressure level, up to 140 dB
- Flexible gooseneck for fast, easy mounting
- Lightweight rubber clamp specific to the instrument
- Very high level of protection from instrument vibration
The high sound pressure rating means the mics handle hard hits without distorting, making them well suited to both snare and toms. The rubber clamp also isolates the mic from shell vibration, keeping the sound stable even during intense playing.
Connection
Each microphone ships with a Mini XLR to XLR connector adaptor, which ensures the mic lead is properly positioned on your instrument. A wired connection requires 48V phantom power.
