Product Description

The Porter & Davies BC-X is a complete tactile monitor system for drummers. An amp unit (the BC-X Engine) paired with a round throne top, built to let you feel the low end of the music directly through your seat. The system ships in a protective hardcase and shares the same build quality as P&D's larger BC2, BC2rm and Gigster systems, just with a simplified, lighter feature set.

At only 3 kg, the BC-X Engine is amazingly portable, but don't let the size fool you. Porter & Davies rate it at 75–80% of the performance of the full Gigster system, which is more than enough for most players and most situations. All P&D thrones are internally equipped with the company's own UK-made Precision Devices transducers.

The idea behind the BC-X is to give you the same tactile feel as the bigger systems. Really feeling the kick and bass push through the seat. But in a lightweight, easy-to-carry package that's simple to bring along to gigs and rehearsals.
