Session Studio Select returns with a custom upgrade drawn from Pearl's Masterworks spectrum: the shell is a thin, 5.4mm EvenPly-Six combination of Masters-grade Birch and African Mahogany. The result is a blend of pre-EQ'd clarity and warmth, with the added controlled punch of Pearl's fresh 60-degree bearing edge.
