Product Description
The Pearl President Series Deluxe is a 3-piece shell pack built with Lauan shells, delivering a dark, controlled, traditionally full playing experience with modern function. The set includes a 22"x14" bass drum, a 13"x9" tom, and a 16"x16" floor tom, finished in Desert Ripple (#768) wrap.
A testament to Pearl's 75-year history of drum craftsmanship, President Series Deluxe revives the darkly unique tonality of the Lauan shells that once defined the brand, paired with modern fittings for reliable tuning and performance.
- 6-ply (7.5mm) Lauan shells
- Vintage vibe and sound with modern function
- Classic Pearl "Battleship" lugs and Gullwing spurs
- Adjustable internal tone mufflers on each drum
- 2.3mm Triple-Flanged SuperHoop II's
- Bass drum shell-mounted cymbal holder
Construction and Look
Pearl's original script badge and classic bass drum logo sit alongside the swirling flash of the Ripple finish. The Triple-Flanged 2.3mm SuperHoop II hoops and recast "Battleship" lugs give the kit a distinct, prime vintage look built on modern reliability.
What's Included
Each drum ships with Remo CS "Black Dot" UK heads, and the bass drum comes with a classic felt muffling strip and adjustable "Gullwing" style spurs. A cymbal holder mounted directly to the bass drum shell is also included.
Who It's For
A good choice if you want a dark, full, controlled vintage drum tone backed by modern hardware that stays reliable in the practice room or on stage.
