Pearl ISS BT-3 12"-16"
Pearl ISS tom mount for 12-16" 1.6 mm steel hoops, fits directly to the hoop for max resonance.
Product Description
The Pearl ISS is a tom mount that attaches directly to the hoop instead of the drum shell. This minimizes contact with the shell, allowing for maximum resonance from the drum. The system is designed for 12"-16" toms with 1.6 mm steel hoops and Super Hoops.
By clamping onto the hoop rather than being screwed into the shell, the drum avoids the dampening contact points that a traditional shell-mounted bracket creates. The result is a more open, resonant sound, especially noticeable on suspended toms.
