Pearl Export 12"x8" - Smokey Chrome
Pearl Export tom, 12"x8", Smokey Chrome. Opti-Loc mount, SST shell construction. Shell only.
Product Description
A 12"x8" tom from Pearl's Export Series, finished in Smokey Chrome. The shell is built with Pearl's SST (Superior Shell Technology) and mounts using the Opti-Loc Mounting System, allowing the shell to resonate freely instead of being clamped down. Sold as a shell only, with no hardware included.
The Export Series is a trusted, affordable choice for drum kits in a range of sizes. Complete Export kits ship with 830 Series Hardware, including a P930 pedal, and are available in a choice of seven stocking finishes. But that applies to full kits. This listing is the loose 12x8 tom shell only, in the Smokey Chrome finish, without the pedal or any other hardware.
The Opti-Loc system lets the shell hang without unnecessary damping from the mount, giving a fuller, more open tone than many simpler mounting systems.
