Product Description
The Pearl Decade Maple is a 14"x5.5" snare drum with a 100% maple shell and a striking Satin Slate Black finish (#227). Ten years in development, Decade Maple brings pro-level features to a price point that was previously out of reach.
The shell is built from 6 plies of 5.4mm maple with a 45-degree bearing edge for a focused, articulate tone. NDL lugs keep the drum stable in tune, while 1.6mm steel triple-flanged hoops add punch and projection.
The SR700 strainer delivers smooth, reliable engagement, and the S022N snare wire is matched to the drum's tone and sensitivity.
