Product Description

The Pearl 9-Note C Lydian Tongue Drum is a hardened steel tongue drum with precision laser cut tongues, tuned to the C Lydian scale. It delivers a pure, soothing tone that works equally well for meditation as for playful melodic exploration. Play it with your fingers or with the included mallets.

• 10" hardened steel shell
• 9 precision laser cut tongues
• C Lydian scale with the notes G, A, C, B, G, E, C, D and F#
• Rubber mallets included
• Play with fingers or mallets

Part of Pearl's Awakening Series, this tongue drum is built around a 10" hardened steel shell. The nine tongues are laser cut for accurate, consistent tuning across the whole scale, so every note rings true. The C Lydian mode gives a floating, meditative character that's easy to play musically without prior experience.

This variant comes in the Orange Burst (#690) finish. Play with your fingers for a softer attack, or use the included rubber mallets for a clearer strike and longer sustain.
