PDP Concept Maple Tom, 7x8'' - Color

Product Description

The PDP Concept Maple is a 7x8" tom with a 7-ply European maple shell, designed by DW in California. It pairs a warm, open tone with DW-caliber hardware, and ships fitted with Remo heads so it's ready to play right out of the box.

• 7-ply European maple shell
• DW's patented Suspension Tom Mount (STM) reduces tension on the shell and increases sustain
• True Pitch tension rods with 20% more threads for finer tuning control
• Retro-inspired dual-turret lugs
• Remo drumheads fitted at the factory

The Suspension Tom Mount keeps the drum free from direct contact with the mounting hardware, letting the shell resonate more freely for a longer, clearer decay. The True Pitch tension rods, with their extra threads, make fine-tuning more precise, while the dual-turret lugs add both a vintage look and a stable tuning platform.

Concept Maple is part of PDP's Concept Series, a line of boutique-inspired drums built to be expanded with additional toms and bass drums to create a full kit suited to your playing style.
